Being new to the area we were recommended to ZYNC Inspections by our conveyancer, and it was a good recommendation. Within a couple of hours of getting in contact, Nigel had spoken to our estate agent and organised an inspection time. As this was our first property purchase we had a number of probably simple questions but Nigel was happy to answer them, and very easy to deal with. They turned up on time for the inspection and presented a thorough report that very night. For a process that can be daunting, ZYNC made the inspection part of the property purchase easy and hassle free. We’d use them again and would have no hesitation recommending.
