Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day. He also called me and gave a verbal response on his findings and answered my questions clearly and gave me advice on what type of professional I should contact for one problem he found and also informed me on a couple of things he couldn’t do because of lack of access. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural. Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”.
