My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were not quite sure on structural integrity of the property. After some research I came across ZYNC House Inspections and phoned Nigel who was extremely helpful, walked us through the whole process and arranged a building and pest inspection within 24 hours.Nigel provided us with an extremely comprehensive report with many photos and explanations on the faults and potential repercussions if these were not addressed.
