Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural.
