My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were not quite sure on structural integrity of the property. Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day.
