Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”. When mentioned to the agent selling our property, she commented “Nigel is a great inspector.” Inspections were conducted on time as scheduled and reports were delivered on the same day. Both reports were in great details with imagery references. Recommendations were covered for all parts of building, fencing and retaining walls in garden areas.
