Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day. He also called me and gave a verbal response on his findings and answered my questions clearly and gave me advice on what type of professional I should contact for one problem he found and also informed me on a couple of things he couldn’t do because of lack of access. Nigel was friendly and very professional and I had absolute trust on his opinion. Well worth the money for peace of mind and helpful advice to avert something that would have been invisible to me but could have caused quite a problem down the track.
