Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”. When mentioned to the agent selling our property, she commented “Nigel is a great inspector.” Inspections were conducted on time as scheduled and reports were delivered on the same day. Both reports were in great details with imagery references. Recommendations were covered for all parts of building, fencing and retaining walls in garden areas. Worth every single cent and then some. On two separate occasions, Nigel has saved me many thousands of dollars in repairs of major building defects that were invisible on casual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain his inspection to me in detail. With my recent purchase, he supported me to advocate for works to be completed that the vendor's plumber was saying was fixed (when it wasn't) and on another his report enabled me to pull out of a contract when the defects found were too significant and costly and the vendor wouldn't negotiate on price. My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were not quite sure on structural integrity of the property. After some research I came across ZYNC House Inspections and phoned Nigel who was extremely helpful, walked us through the whole process and arranged a building and pest inspection within 24 hours.Nigel provided us with an extremely comprehensive report with many photos and explanations on the faults and potential repercussions if these were not addressed.
