Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were not quite sure on structural integrity of the property. I had Nigel complete a building inspection on my property. From the very beginning Nigel was prompt and professional. He was able to inspect the property within a couple of days from my initial phone call. He was very thorough and professional with the inspection. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural. Nigel was fantastic. He was able to fit in an inspection for us at very short notice two days before the auction and arranged everything with the agent. He sent an extremely comprehensive building and pest report with photos and language that was easy for us to understand. He was also happy to chat through things over the phone and answered a number of questions so that we were comfortable bidding on—and buying—the house. We know there are some minor maintenance issues to address when we are ready but also that the house we bought is solid and in good overall condition.
