Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day. He also called me and gave a verbal response on his findings and answered my questions clearly and gave me advice on what type of professional I should contact for one problem he found and also informed me on a couple of things he couldn’t do because of lack of access. Nigel was friendly and very professional and I had absolute trust on his opinion. Well worth the money for peace of mind and helpful advice to avert something that would have been invisible to me but could have caused quite a problem down the track. Worth every single cent and then some. On two separate occasions, Nigel has saved me many thousands of dollars in repairs of major building defects that were invisible on casual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain his inspection to me in detail. With my recent purchase, he supported me to advocate for works to be completed that the vendor's plumber was saying was fixed (when it wasn't) and on another his report enabled me to pull out of a contract when the defects found were too significant and costly and the vendor wouldn't negotiate on price.
