Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”. Worth every single cent and then some. On two separate occasions, Nigel has saved me many thousands of dollars in repairs of major building defects that were invisible on casual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain his inspection to me in detail. With my recent purchase, he supported me to advocate for works to be completed that the vendor's plumber was saying was fixed (when it wasn't) and on another his report enabled me to pull out of a contract when the defects found were too significant and costly and the vendor wouldn't negotiate on price.
