Worth every single cent and then some. On two separate occasions, Nigel has saved me many thousands of dollars in repairs of major building defects that were invisible on casual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain his inspection to me in detail. With my recent purchase, he supported me to advocate for works to be completed that the vendor's plumber was saying was fixed (when it wasn't) and on another his report enabled me to pull out of a contract when the defects found were too significant and costly and the vendor wouldn't negotiate on price. My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home and were not quite sure on structural integrity of the property. After some research I came across ZYNC House Inspections and phoned Nigel who was extremely helpful, walked us through the whole process and arranged a building and pest inspection within 24 hours.Nigel provided us with an extremely comprehensive report with many photos and explanations on the faults and potential repercussions if these were not addressed. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural. Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day. He also called me and gave a verbal response on his findings and answered my questions clearly and gave me advice on what type of professional I should contact for one problem he found and also informed me on a couple of things he couldn’t do because of lack of access. Nigel was friendly and very professional and I had absolute trust on his opinion.
