Great detailed reports with imagery referencesWe recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase.Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”. When mentioned to the agent selling our property, she commented “Nigel is a great inspector.”Inspections were conducted on time as scheduled and reports were delivered on the same day. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural.
