I had Nigel conduct two home inspections for me whilst looking for my first home. He was always prompt and courteous. He was very thorough and compiled two of the best home inspection reports that i've ever seen. They were very detailed and outlined all the problem areas of both properties. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural.
