Worth every single cent and then some. On two separate occasions, Nigel has saved me many thousands of dollars in repairs of major building defects that were invisible on casual inspection. He went above and beyond to explain his inspection to me in detail. With my recent purchase, he supported me to advocate for works to be completed that the vendor's plumber was saying was fixed (when it wasn't) and on another his report enabled me to pull out of a contract when the defects found were too significant and costly and the vendor wouldn't negotiate on price. I had Nigel complete a building inspection on my property. From the very beginning Nigel was prompt and professional. Excellent Service required a pest and building report and was recommended Nigel from the real estate agent . The report was completed very promptly , further to this the amount of detail and useful information in the report was great. He was able to point out many things that we had overlooked with our inspections of the property. My recommendation would be to get the report done before you sign any documents as often the contract states structural only as a way to void the contract , costs can quickly add up to repair even non structural.
