Excellent service. Upon putting a deposit on my house Nigel responded to do a building/pest inspection within two days. This was relevant to me going ahead with the purchase. He explained clearly what he would be doing and I had the detailed results emailed to me the next day. He also called me and gave a verbal response on his findings and answered my questions clearly and gave me advice on what type of professional I should contact for one problem he found and also informed me on a couple of things he couldn’t do because of lack of access. Nigel was friendly and very professional and I had absolute trust on his opinion. Great detailed reports with imagery references We recently purchased a property in country Daylesford and required building and pest inspections for the purchase. Nigel was recommended by a local real estate agent commenting “I would use Nigel when I purchase my own properties”.
