Nigel was fantastic. He was able to fit in an inspection for us at very short notice two days before the auction and arranged everything with the agent. He sent an extremely comprehensive building and pest report with photos and language that was easy for us to understand. He was also happy to chat through things over the phone and answered a number of questions so that we were comfortable bidding on—and buying—the house. We know there are some minor maintenance issues to address when we are ready but also that the house we bought is solid and in good overall condition. I had Nigel complete a building inspection on my property. From the very beginning Nigel was prompt and professional.
